This fixed charging handle will give you maximum comfort when operating the weapon.
Handling is much easier thanks to the extension of 12 mm (0.5 inch) compared to the factory charging handle. The handle can be extended by another 10 mm (0.4 inch) using the adjusting screw inside the handle. After releasing the adjusting screw the handle can be unscrewed to your preferred distance from the body of the weapon.
Thanks to the powder coated steel joining plate you don't have to worry about scratching your handguard.
As it is our custom, we used only the best materials available, such as aircraft alloy 7075 and stainless steel.

I continue to be impressed with the fit and finish of Ascalon products. Always better than expected. This charging handle is no exception. The length and design is awesome for those of us with big hands and the best way to describe the quality is it feels like something a master machinist would make for his own use. 5-stars.
